Hey it's DeaElle here!
Some of the top conditions that I treat are general pain, headches/migraines, stress, anxiety, fatigue and mental/emotional conditions that make you feel sick and tired!

I have been on a path of self-discovery, self-love, self-reflection plus so many more “selfs”.
I’m excited to hold space with familiar and new souls and lead you all towards your own “selfs” as you journey through life!

The Healing Rainbow is my superpower. It’s a place to heal, learn, grow and transform through educational classes and workshops, reiki, yoga, meditation, 1-1 support, empowerment and resiliency coaching.
I have been working in the mental health field for many years providing youth work, family support, education, 1-1 support etc and I see there is something missing in this field and that’s the wholeness of the person.

Chloe is dedicated to lifelong learning; achieving a diverse skill set well rounded in multifaceted holistic health, while maintaining an active role within the Nursing profession for over two decades.
Actively committed to her community, Empathy and inclusivity is the backbone of Chloe’s commitment to servicing others.

Sydnee Galloway

I grew up on a farm in Altario Alberta. I was a competitive dancer for 14 years. After High school, I knew I wanted to be in an industry where I could help people and massage therapy was the perfect fit! I recently moved to Medicine Hat and look forward to creating new relationships and starting my career here! Massage techniques I really like are therapeutic, deep tissue and I do lots of lymphatic drainage!

Tristan Fredeen

Tristan is a second year Massage Therapist student, currently doing his practicum at Saynas Collective Healing. He has completed hours from his first year and continues to work towards completing the remainder of his required hours.

Tristan will only be charging $50 for an hour or $75.00 for 90 mins and $110 for 2 hours!

What our clients are saying

"As a newbie to meditation, I had some trepidation about what to expect from my first class. Ali created a balanced, grounded, and safe space that allowed for a complete connection to self. Her class allowed me to connect and sit with an emotion I've been avoiding. I was deeply surprised at the awareness I was able to achieve."

"Myself, My daughter and my niece attended the 4-week beginner yoga class with Alicia and we absolutely loved it. She is very patient and takes the time to help you adjust to get the most out of your practice. It was the perfect pace to get back into yoga for all three of us and we look forward to attending more of her classes in the future!!"

"I was fortunate enough to have a somatoemotional release session with Nicole! She was phenomenal, her intuition is bang on and her style is compassionate and kind. She creates a safe place to explore clearing wounds that are being held in our bodies and she helped me release some big emotions that were trapped in my fascia. My body feels so much better now, it's hard to explain in words but I feel more embodied. I highly recommend if you're willing to do the inner work and are ready to release trapped emotions then go see Nicole!"

"Walking through the doors of Saynas Collective Healing was the best thing I've done all week. I had signed up to come to a sound bath and I am so glad I did. I didn't know what to expect but I will definitely be coming back. From the moment you open the door, you feel right at home and the aroma in the air makes you want to stay there all day. The sound bath was incredible. I had no idea what to expect but after it was over I could tell I felt a bit more cleansed. Laying there for an hour, relaxing, and feeling everyone else's energy was amazing. The instructor was awesome and I am so grateful for her sharing her knowledge with us all. Everyone needs to take time in their week to come to this place ... you're body and soul will thank you."
